By purchasing from HugBuffStudio, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products
All artwork is made to order using a print-on-demand service (Printful). Final colours and placement may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to individual screen calibrations or printing processes. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

2. Shipping
Orders are printed and fulfilled by Printful.
Shipping is free for all orders.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your item ships.

3. Returns & Refunds
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
In order to qualify for a replacement or refund, you must provide clear photos of the damaged item and its original packaging (including the shipping label).
Claims submitted without photo evidence, or beyond this timeframe, may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

4. Payments
Payments are securely processed using Wix’s third-party payment gateways.
Hug Buffi Studio does not access or store your credit card or payment data.
